Partnering with Whitaker International, we worked on the launch of the “My Macy’s” campaign: a customer-centric initiative piloted in 20 markets which was then rolled-out across the U.S. We were tasked with creating ads, storyline collages, montages and style guides fusing the brand messages of fashion and affordable luxury with the needs of local customers. We leaned heavily into lifestyle segmentation to guide the look and feel of each project.
