One of the top-30 universities in the world hired us to promote financial services to their faculty, staff and students. We embarked on a multi-tiered awareness campaign to visually brand New York University Federal Credit Union through the development of an app, targeted videos, public outreach and volunteer programs, storytelling and viral campaigns.

MY STORY. MY GOALS. CAMPAIGN
Student members of the credit union were invited to share what brought them to NYU and their career goals upon graduation. Members who stopped-by the office were asked to join the movement by sharing their story on a Post-It on the lobby wall.

R E S U L T S
This awareness initiative exceeded expectations with hundreds of people sharing their goals online, on social media and at the credit union’s headquarters.
MOBILE BANKING APP
Working with Co-Op and the UX/UI development team, we designed an easy-to-navigate responsive banking portal that captures the needs of the user base—offering quick and convenient ways to manage accounts while on-the-go.
We were tasked to create an instructional video to coincide with the release of the app.
AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
We designed multiple direct marketing flyers which were distributed to the greater NYU community.

DREAMS CAMPAIGN
This campaign featured staff and faculty of NYU sharing their passions and aspirations in life. Through digital ads and videos, we highlighted different services the credit union offers to help members turn their dreams into reality.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS
Community outreach is a great vehicle to raise brand awareness for the financial services offered by NYU. As a charitable promotion, the credit union offered $10 cash to anyone who would pay-it-forward to someone in need in the New York area. Incentives were offered for those who’d post about their experience on social media using the hashtag #NYUFCU$10CHALLENGE.
